Jalapenos are noted for their zesty hot flavor widely used in Mexican cuisine. The bluntpointed, thick-walled fruits grow about 3”(7.5cm) long, and have a deep green color maturing to red. An eye watering addition to salsa, salads, dips and great for pickling. Harvest regularly.
