A good variety for all purposes, canning, paste, or fresh use. The long red/pink fruit has pointed ends, the average size is 4-5 inches long. The texture is dry and meaty with few seeds. The flavour is well-balanced and rich, the skins are tender. A tomato cage is suggested as this fruit weighs quite heavy. The plant size is small with light leaf coverage, to 4 feet tall.
